This is now the second longest war in U.S. history after Vietnam, with a price tag around $3 Trillion and over a million lives lost in a nation turned upside down. And yet there are still those who are claiming victory and calling it a “success”. Help me out with this, where was the victory [...]

This has been posted before on this website but its so good that it needs to be brought back to forefront periodically. The caveat is that you have to watch the whole thing because the ending is just too good to miss. Larry McDonald was definitely ahead of his time. I suggest researching more about [...]

When you work at CNBC you just don’t want the unfiltered truth getting out across the airwaves (notice the reaction of the talking heads at 2:23).
Ron Paul said things like: “This is the end of an era. You can’t reinflate the bubble… it has failed” which is of course waaay too truthful to be shown [...]

It’s time to act. We have a chance to take a significant step in reclaiming the liberties we are supposed to have in this country.
MRStep has some good info on taking action in the state sovereignty issue, so I’m copying from them, hope they don’t mind. Please visit the link for MRStep, as well as [...]

Its interesting to see Fox News now hold a forum such as this involving a group of people like Ron Paul, Judge Napolitano, Peter Schiff, Lew Rockwell, and others who are such libertarian, pro-free market, pro-individual rights and non-neocon. Especially given the fact that only a year ago (give or take a few months) many [...]

OK, my posting of this video is a few weeks behind the video it is responding to, but it is still relevant in this era of presidential deification.

Ron Paul notes that only 5 printed copies of the bill were available to read, some of it handwritten. These copies were only made available after 12:30 AM last night, hardly enough time to even skim the surface of what was contained within the 1,071 pages. “The bankruptcy of the country [...]

Dr. Paul makes some great points here, as always. A few highlights: With all this talk of compulsory military “service”–does it make sense to force our young men and women to fight to “preserve liberty” while at the same taking their liberty away with compulsory servitude? Note, that in this case it is servitude, not [...]

UPDATE 2.25.09: Click here to learn about how you can take action in the state sovereignty movement!
There’s some reason for hope after all. It seems that several states are getting tired of having their rights (and economy) signed away by Washington.

“Freedom From Government”
Ron Paul, Weekly Column
President Obama signed an executive order last week continuing the faith-based initiatives program created by former President Bush. When the program was created, I warned that giving taxpayer money to private religious organizations would eventually lead to political control and manipulation of them. This week has provided some [...]
