  1. I have never seen a benefit to getting a flu shot. Even if you get the shot, you may still get the flu. I loved at the end of the clip how hesitant she was to say she didn’t even get them. I think they don’t really even help. The Dr told me the other day that every 3-5 years they have a big flu season and this is year 4 since they have had one. So then why were they urging people to get flu vaccines all of the other 3 years?

  2. Flu shots don’t work and they couse other problems in the body. It’s never a good idea to put man made chemicals into your body. There are nature ways to fight the flu that has been proven to work. the first and most important thing we can do is to have good eating habits. I often post tips for living a healthy lifestyle on my blog so please look me up http://www.theoraclemag.wordpress.com

  3. Yeah, flu shots are pointless. If they do anything it is more harmful than beneficial. They push them because it makes the drug companies more money. Along with the flu shot most other vaccines should be avoided for the same reasons.

  4. That was a great clip. She obviously didn’t want to say that she doesn’t get flu shots. I’m 57, rarely get sick and have only had the flu a handful of times over my entire life — I’ve NEVER had a flu shot, nor will I ever get one. They can keep their mercury. It’s fascinating how the news media make such a big deal about traces of mercury in fish and how we should be protected from consuming that, but they don’t say anything about the mercury that is intentionally put into some of the vaccines.

  5. I have heard that flu shots can compromise your immune system and make you more susceptible to colds and other virises. I would like to know if there is ant truth to this.
