Ron Paul’s Rally in Minnesota Has Been Moved
ABC News is reporting the following:
Ron Paul is not holding his breath for a speaking slot at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis/St. Paul in September and he has long planned a day-long shadow convention to give him an arena to expound his limited government mantra.
But, worried about the size of his arena, his new political action group–The Campaign for Liberty–has booked a bigger one.
They’ll announce today they’ve changed from the Williams Arena at the University of Minnesota to the much larger Target Center, seating capacity: 18,000.

Something Big Is Going On
From Campaign For Liberty.com
7.02.08
The following statement is written by Congressman Paul about the pending financial disaster. He will introduce this statement as a special order and insert it into the Congressional Record next week. Fortunately, we have the opportunity to debut it first on the Campaign for Liberty blog. It reads as follows:
I have, for the past 35 years, expressed my grave concern for the future of America. The course we have taken over the past century has threatened our liberties, security and prosperity. In spite of these long-held concerns, I have days—growing more frequent all the time—when I’m convinced the time is now upon us that some Big Events are about to occur. These fast-approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed.
Though the world has long suffered from the senselessness of wars that should have been avoided, my greatest fear is that the course on which we find ourselves will bring even greater conflict and economic suffering to the innocent people of the world—unless we quickly change our ways.

Unboxing the Revolution
At first I was a bit surprised to see that someone (Israel Anderson[?] from IsraelAnderson.com) went through the trouble to record the arrival and opening of Ron Paul’s new book The Revolution: A Manifesto. But it turns out that it’s actually pretty enjoyable to watch. Buy Ron Paul’s new book at Amazon or wherever books are sold!

Ron Paul ‘Winding Down’ Presidential Campaign; The rEVOLution Will Continue
Ron said things are winding down — not that he is dropping out — we still need to support him and get out and vote if we haven’t had the opportunity yet to do so.
Remember, we only lose if we give up on the ideals that brought us rEVOLutionaries together in the first place, so keep the faith and keep moving the cause of liberty forward!
This is just the beginning, not the end, and there are reasons to be optimistic…

Great Speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Yesterday Ron Paul called Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., “the great champion of non-violence at home, peace abroad, and civil disobedience against tyrannical government.” Watch/listen to these MLK speeches and you’ll see what Dr. Paul meant. When it came to peace and the defense of inalienable rights Dr. King was a true American hero.

MLK Day For Ron Paul! Donate Jan 21st!
“…so you’re suggesting that I’m not electable, and that the Republicans don’t want me because I’m a strict fiscal conservative? Because I believe in civil liberties? Why should we not be defending civil liberties?”
—Ron Paul
